The Year Of St. Joseph And RE Shining Stars

Following on from the Holy Communion last week, where pupils in Junior 3,4 and 5 received the Eucharist, children in their RE lessons this week researched the Sacrament. Using ipads they were able to find answers to the questions that came out of discussion so that they could understand the importance of this special day in the Catholic Faith. In previous lessons pupils have made Matza bread and today they were able to try some of the unleavened bread before it is blessed at Mass during the Consecration.
