Wednesday was a beautiful afternoon for cross-country club. We were a few regulars down but that meant these five worked extra hard, all of them completed two laps, with some doing three and Arthur in Junior 6 running a record four laps, which is roughly 4km!
They certainly make an impressive line up for the upcoming cross country season!
Junior 3 pupils took part in a Tag Rugby Festival this week against lots of other local schools. The tournament took place at Kenilworth Rugby Club on Tuesday 28 November.
Both boys and girls played a high standard of tag rugby with plenty of confident running and passing and lots of unbridled enthusiasm. Despite the cold weather, a fun time was had by all, the smiles of the children showing just how much they were enjoying taking part. It was fabulous to see all five of their matches played in the true spirit of the game of rugby.
Crackley had lots of success, with both the teams winning their respective finals clearly demonstrating the ever improving tagging and defensive line, and their running angles and support in attack.
Congratulations children – you did Crackley proud!
