Monday Mission Assembly
Mr Cottrill led Monday's Mission Assembly on our reactions when we meet famous and special people for the first time. Some pupils said they would ask for an autograph, and perhaps follow them. This was linked to how John the Baptist was excited about meeting Jesus and how he wanted everyone to know about Jesus and to spread His message throughout the world. The disciples - which means learners - followed Jesus because they were curious and wanted to know more about Him so they could share the news with others. The disciples demonstrated the values of the Crackley Compass because they were curious about Jesus' life on earth and they were enthusiastic and active in telling others about Jesus also.
